Your responsibility
Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivity, medical conditions or reactions prior to, or after, any make-up application. If no known allergies are stated I cannot be held liable for any reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims and actions that may occur to you or any person.
Please ensure you and everyone is aware of timings on the day and both yourself and other members need to remain available and prepared prior to having make-up and hair styling.
It is important to make sure you are make-up free and hair is washed the night before.
Payment Procedure & Deposit
Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer, cheques will not be accepted.
Bridal/Party Makeup/Hair Styling: The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance on the trial or prior to the event to secure the booking.
The trial is paid for at the time of trial.
The fee/balance is to be paid in full by the client on the day of the booking.
Failure to pay the fee will result in the event being cancelled by the makeup artist.
Arranging a trial does not reserve my services for the event.
Return policy
I do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact me. I will do my utmost to resolve any concerns.
If there are any changes to the original booking, you must inform me either by phone call or email as soon as possible. I will try to accommodate changes to dates etc. however, this is subject to availability only.
Personal Information
You agree to keep your personal record held by Najma Ditta updated with your contact details, please provide both mobile and landline numbers where possible. I will treat all your Personal Information as confidential
Cancellations
At any point the client can cancel the event by informing me via email or telephone 5 days prior to the booking
I will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation Cancellations by me due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of their obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given will result in a refund to the client. No further compensation will be offered
Photography
The client agrees that I may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages with clients consent
Travel Expenses
It will be your responsibility to cover any necessary accommodation, travel expenses and or parking charges
